Assistant Professor (tenure-track) in Cognitive Neuroscience

The Department of Psychology at Miami University invites applications for an Assistant Professor (tenure-track) position in Cognitive Neuroscience to begin Fall 2027. Candidates should have a strong research and publication record; a strong commitment to both graduate and undergraduate training; and the ability to teach graduate and undergraduate courses in cognition/neuroscience, advise graduate and undergraduate students, and perform university and professional service.
Job Description

Engagement in both research and innovative teaching are highly valued in our department and university. Research interests should focus on examining neural mechanisms that underlie cognition and behavior, with particular interest in candidates whose work addresses health-related questions, including mental or neurological health, aging, stress, disease, health behaviors, or other factors influencing brain and behavioral functioning.
