STP Executive Committee and APA Council of Representatives Positions

The STP Elections and Appointments Committee Chair, Loretta McGregor, encourages you to share your expertise by nominating yourself for one of our open executive committee positions. Consistent with our Mission Statement and the Statement on Addressing Systemic Racism and Inequity in STP, we encourage applications from colleagues who are from underrepresented groups and have diverse backgrounds and experiences.

The open positions: 

• Vice President for Programming, 2027-2029 ($4,000 annual stipend)
• Vice President for Resources, 2027-2029 ($4,000 annual stipend)
• Secretary, 2027-2029 ($4,000 annual stipend)
• President-elect, 2027 ($4,000 annual stipend), serving as president in 2028 ($8,000 annual stipend), past president in 2029 ($4,000 annual stipend), and chair of the elections and appointments committee in 2030
• Two APA Council of Representatives members (for Council, STP members must also be members of APA)

Elections will be held in late spring 2026, with the election results expected to be known by July 2026.
