The Department of Psychology at Ripon College is seeking qualified applicants for a tenure track Assistant/Associate Professor of Psychology. The initial term of the position begins in August 2026.
Ph.D. or ABD in Psychology is required with an emphasis in Clinical/Counseling/School Psychology. Applicants should expect to teach courses related to clinical/counseling, such as Psychopathology and Theories of Personality, core classes in General Psychology and/or Research Design and Statistics sequence, and other areas directly related to the candidate’s background or interests. Contributing to our innovative Catalyst program would also be expected. Teaching load is three classes per semester. Our small collegial department is highly supportive of innovations in teaching and research.
The faculty at Ripon College are a talented and dynamic group of teacher-scholars who work closely with a diverse student population on capstone and undergraduate research projects and participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with one another on scholarship and creative activity.
